Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love what you buy from us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns & Exchanges
- Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
- Once we receive your returned item, it will go through a quality check. Refunds or exchanges will be processed only after approval.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Innerwear, lingerie, nightwear, swimwear
- Saree falls, blouses, or custom-stitched/altered items
- Clearance or final sale items.
Refunds
- Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days after approval.
- Cash on Delivery Orders: Refund will be issued via UPI/Bank Transfer once the return is processed.
Exchanges
- Exchange available for size and color (subject to stock availability).
- If the requested size/color is not available, a refund will be processed instead.
Return Shipping
- If you received the wrong item, defective product, or size issue due to our error → we cover the return shipping.
- If you wish to return/exchange for any other reason (change of mind, wrong size ordered, etc.) → return shipping will be borne by the customer or deducted from the refund.
How to Request a Return/Exchange

- Provide your Order ID and reason for return/exchange.
- We’ll share the return instructions and arrange pickup (if available in your area) or request self-shipping.
Note: We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
